Most orders will be despatched within a few days but Delivery time can takes up to 10 working days from the date your payment is received. Please note that EFT payments take an additional 1-2 business days to process. If stock runs out or a custom size is ordered and the product needs to be manufactured these orders may take up to 3 weeks but typically are closer to 7 days before they get despatched. Deliveries out of the Perth metropolitan area will be subject to the courier’s delivery schedule. Although every effort is made to ship your Order as quick as possible if the expected delivery time is beyond 3 weeks at the time of ordering then you the customer will be notified and have the option to cancel the order. If you elect to proceed with the extended delivery time you forego the option to cancel. If your Product has not arrived after the estimated delivery time, please contact us here. Unless otherwise agreed by us, we will deliver your Products to the address indicated on your Order Confirmation. We will attempt to notify you when delivery is to take place by sms or email. Where delivery is by our courier service and no-one is available to take delivery and the customer has not agreed to have the product left on site, they will leave a card. If it is our courier we will reassign the delivery to a later delivery run and attempt to re-contact you. External couriers may leave the product at their depot for collection. We will use our reasonable efforts to deliver your Products to you within the estimated delivery time indicated on your Order Confirmation; however, we do not guarantee that we will deliver within this time frame. Please Note: In some remote/regional areas our carriers can only deliver bulky items to the nearest transport depot. In these instances you will receive notification that your delivery is available for your collection from the transport depot.
