It does not matter if the cover is tight or loose on the concrete liner. All components have been chosen for their weather resistance. The cost to you is $140
You may be able to do it yourself. You need to drill four holes in the concrete well liner using the bore cover as a guide. Install Blue plugs then secure bore cover to the well liner with 4 galvanised Teck screws
